    I'd personally like to see Mayweather-Cotto/Pac

    Shane at this point does little for Floyd's resume/legacy it would be like his win over Oscar. A competitive win over some1 who's past prime.

    I know this board and they wouldn't give him credit for beating Shane. Cotto and Pac who are both in their primes would do much more for him...

      Pretty Much.
      Mosley is past his prime and now about to weight drian himself for probablt 7 million. His biggest Payday is only 5 million dollars..so i dont expect bob arum and team pacquiao to pay mosley anymore than 7 million.

              Because you have to be in a place where your reward value is high as you risk value. Nobody in Floyd position is going to give away everything he has work for to anybody who challenge him.

              Floyd has to make decision that gives him the most rewards for every amount risk he takes.

              it seems like people are hating on floyd for being successful, but in actuality most of you guys would do the same thing.

              If you had a BMW would you race against a honda for pinkslips?
              of course not.

              Everybody knows that it takes 2 big stars to make a mega fight.
              and it only takes 1 big star to make a big fight.

              Floyd is only interested in mega fights.
              i think it is safe to say he has fought his fair share of big fights already.


              Thats why Floyd preferences for fighters are fighters who have proven that they are capable of meeting the standards of a mega fight

                huh? mosley just destroyed margarito. he's not prime anymore, but he's still a great fighter.

                maybe if floyd fans didn't downplay mosley so much he might get credit for it.

                cotto got whupped by margo who mosley destroyed.

                pac is a smaller man but floyd's own admission.

                  Who gives a **** if Shane is a draw. He is a great fighter who has earned a shot at the top dogs. Period.

                  Some of the best bands in the world don't sell any tickets, yet Britney Spears does. She is a huge draw. Does that make her special or does it make the majority of the people who pay her wages ****ing ******ed?

                  It isn't difficult to work out the answer.
