Shane has fought a lot of big guys over the years and now he wants to fight a small guy. But this is no ordinary small guy, everyone wants to fight and beat pacman now, so why not shane mosley too? Its not as if he is always looking to fight the smaller man, hes not. Pac is the big money draw and mosley knows its now or never for that one, makes sense if he can get the fight. But if he took on all comers then he should also have taken on williams, so that was a bit of cherry picking

So pacman is a JWW? ... and mosley is a WW....if they are meeting at a catch weight probs 144 or so....how are either of them gaining an advantage?

I will always say this, Fighting people at unhealthy weights is a ***** move, whether is at a lower weight or higher weight.
Co sign Ch@mpBox. The fight that needs to happen is the rematch between Shane Mosley and Miguel Cotto. And as much as I break the balls of the Cotto fans like you by saying that I thought Mosley won the fight by a close margin, I'm willing to give Cotto credit for not fighting a smaller guy. He gained some of my respect by saying he wasn't interested in fighting Pacquiao and that he is only focused on beating Clottey. And if Shane does fight Pacquiao and not try to avenge that blemish to Cotto for the Ring belt at 147 I'm gonna hold him accountable.

Man, the fact that Pacquiao absolutely refuses to fight an opponent at their best weight with the exception of Ricky Hatton (who is overrated) is causing me to lose a lot of respect for him. He's pulled this crap with Erik Morales and that's why everybody is able to see through the fog machine of his victory over De La Hoya like a picture frame. Shane Mosley doesn't need to fall for this bull**** and be ****** into his game. He holds the aces in his hand at 147 and he shouldn't have to be begging for a big money fight like that. I'm sure that Cotto will be more than happy to give him a rematch since his contract will be up with Arum after the fight with Clottey. And if Clottey happens to beat Cotto I'm sure he'd cut off a finger to fight Shane.

I doubt this ever happens even though there is a lot of talk about it from Roach and Mosley. Although well a mini tournament would be awesome like get Cotto vs Pacquiao at 145, Mosley vs floyd, the winners face eachother sometime early next year!!!

The fact that Mosley, Floyd, and Cotto have never weighed 142 lbs shows you how dehydrated they are gonna be with the exception of Floyd maybe if they decide to fight Pacquiao at a catch weight. Neither one is fair when you stop to think about it. But I'd rather see Pacquiao fight these guys at 147 for their belts or else not fight them at all.

is he?!?.......scared might be a understatement.......terrified is more the word!!.....Shane is at his BEST at 147........Pac fans say Shane is old and washed up.......I just wish they would flood his website and DEMAND he fight the old, washed up man at his BEST weight and not at some weight where he couldnt be as effective as he is at 147
