All I'm saying is if Margarito can break Cotto's nose in the second
round then why can't he just be strong and aggressive enough to
just give Cotto a beating without plaster? Why did he need plaster

I agree that Cotto was out classing him in some ways but I think Cotto
took more of a ass whipping than Margarito did.

Cotto was outboxing him the first few rounds. No ass whooping at all. Clottey can beat Cotto, but he will have to show us something new for this to happen. We all know Cotto isn't invulnerable to punches, but Clottey would have to connect and work Miguel's mental game to win.

I have said this a million times and I will say it again. WE DON'T KNOW IF MARG EVER HAD PLASTER VS COTTO.

We can speculate as much we would like but we just don't know. Let's say he did have plaster in his gloves, he must have had them on his chin as well because Cotto won rounds 1,3,4,5,6 and Marg was eating those power shots like they were M&M's.

Marg career is done IMO. I don't think he bounces back from the layoff and I think people will forever speculate that he cheated in every single one of his fights.

In saying that, I think Cotto outboxes Clottey but it won't be as easy as some think. If the same Clottey shows up that showed up against Marg, Cotto is in for a tough fight.

down who happens to be more heavy handed than Cotto. Margarito
in the 2nd half of the Williams fight caught Williams with some hard
power shots that had Williams in trouble if not for Paul's durability
and boxing skill and Clottey was ****ing out with Margarito. How
can you deny that Margarito has power in his fist? Because then it
wouldn't justify the Cotto conspiracy? Listen, I have always considered
Margarito an OVERRATED BUM and if you have some skill to neutralize
his pressure then you can beat him so I'm not a fan. All I'm saying is
that you have to take a lot of things into consideration before stating

First of all, just because he said he wasnt intimidated by Cotto's power doesnt mean anything. Second of all, the substance as i recall, was hard already AFTER they had wrapped the hands on the Mosley fight and thats how Richardson found out, meaning that yes it can be hard enough to break a nose in a 2nd round. And Mosley said that margo is strong and got hit wit big shots that he felt so noone can take his credit of beating Margo away, its common sense. Margo was smiling @ Cotto because he was simply sayin to himself "HIT ME AS HARD AS YOU WANT RIGHT NOW THAT SOON MY PLASTER WILL WEAR YOU DOWN AND YOU WILL GO DOWN" He tried to do that with Mosley (The Laugh) and what happend? he got Knocked out, meaning that Cotto if not worn down he woulda done the same or similar.
