Victor Ortiz: What did he really do at WW? NOTHING!!!
Juan Marquez: Floyd said Marquez was P4P #2 then YOU and some other Floyd fans went with it.
Mosley was ranked because he beat 1 guy 1.5 years before the Floyd fight. A guy that had just been caught cheating. He had not fought after that and looked bad in the fight before the Margs fight.
So the person that Floyd fought was rusty as nails Mosley. To make things worse, Mosley was closing in on 39. That is a bad combination for anyone but more so when the opponent is not fighting flat footing in your face guy like Margarito was.
Cotto: Happened 5 years too late.
Manny: Happened 5 years too late.
Ali was the champ in early 1979 then retired. Holmes fought him in 1980 and won. If Holmes had a hit list that included Ali that was made in 1975 BUT then he fights him like he did in 1980 does that hit list even matter anymore? Nope!

unless you think he is a black highlander lol....he is older than all those guys except mosley. Marquez was older as well.
when he came back in 09 he was 32 and like 40 fights in a pro career
kill the excuses.....if mayweather and cotto fought in 05-07, Cotto would have got ruined, thats why when they were both under top rank, bob arum wasnt dumb enough to put them in the ring together
Cotto and his team looked spooked the way he embarrased his stablemate Brusles and back then, pretty boy floyd was knocking Mfers out and battering guy....2005 is prime mayweather not 2015 dont act like a guy in his late and mid 30s is prime
not the old guy in his 30s potshotting and being slick
Do people not remember ESPN reporting Bob Arum saying he wanted the Oscar, Hatton, Antonio and Cotto fights if he'd get hie right money? Do they forget? Its not a coincidence Arum had some of the games best boxers under his belt and in his own words he admitted he had no clue how to advertise Floyd. He was lost. An old white guy vs a young black man in a Hip-Hop era? He lost out on that guy?
Its why not for nothing, he refuses to let Manny walk, and won't feed him to the wolves unless he is completely shot. Its why Abel Sanchez doesn't want GGG to fight some real comp, his gravy train dies if that happens. Zab Judah gave Cotto hell until those ball shots clamped down on him. Prime Floyd swims through Cotto. Easily.

Similar to Floyd fighting dlh at 154 but 152 for neko. Nelo was too good to risk 154
Furthermore, the idiot posted this gem. He then got laughed at as Floyd's task was completed and deleted the evidence. Fortunately it was quoted.

ONly then can we talk about PBF being ATG along the SRL and Ali and SRRs of this world.

What excuses? The facts are that none of the guys he mentioned he wanted to fight were in their prime when he fought them or anywhere near really.
They were all good fights and great that they happened, but they didn't happen when they were supposed to.at home
was he in his prime when the fights happened? no, so stop with the lame excuses. they were gonna lose regardless, they were never on his level and wouldve got beaten worse if he was closer to his prime, especially cotto and pacquaio

That's not an excuse, it's just fact.
With regards to the bold that's definitely debatable. Not impossible, but debatable.

The fact is that ODH, Shane, Cotto and Manny all had ample chance to fight Floyd when they were fresher but chose not to.
Respectfully, I get that these men would've been "fresher" but Floyd would be younger, faster and fresher as well.

If he was in prime, the vanquished would have been beaten even more comprehensively.
