        Here is my argument.

Why did Capetillo just take the ban with out a fight?

        He took all the blame.

You don't give up like that if you are innocent.

Have you ever been acused of something you did not do?

Don't you go off? The normal person goes off and will fight tooth and nail in his own defense.

There was something on those wraps, they had been used before, they had blood on them. The only person who is fighting this is Margarito who claims he knew nothing about what Capetillo was putting on his hands.

Capetillo would not have gone out like that had it just been some hand cream.

I think Tony knew but if he did not, it was still cheating from his team.
Well Capetillo did admit to using some old pads, but thats it. No plaster. They tried to defend themselves at that dog and pony show on the 10th but they CSAC had already presumed guilt.
Now Margarito's launching a suit against the CSAC. So he's by no means staying quiet.
I think the fact that the wrong pads were used is technically illegal, but its more of an infraction than something as serious as originally thought. Plaster and some old knuckle pads are two hugely different animals.

          The truth will soon emerge.
If that's all he's doing it's a waste. Governments don't rule against themselves. Even if magically the CSAC loses the lawsuit people, myself included, will still think he cheated. I'll think that some judge and jury were paid off to rule in Margarito's favor (maybe how the CSAC was to rule against him).

He should be making videos showing exactly how his hands were wrapped, showing fans what Naz had a problem with. He isn't doing any of that. Margarito is sitting on the sidelines doing nothing. I think there is a lot he could be doing if he truly believed he was innocent and suing the CSAC should be last on his priority list.

The only reason you don't put me on ignore is because I am right.

So you must stick around to dispute what I am saying.

Not only the news guys but one of the CSAC's own guys said the same thing...from Gabe Montoyas Maxboxing article after covering the initial hearing...

Chief athletic inspector Dean Lohuis said: “It was not hard as rock,” “But firmer than regular gauze. There was old, dried blood on it. It was not consistent with new gauze.” It also felt “wet.”
