Don is a mess. His man would have lost regardless, they would have just ended when it first stared rather than thinking Barrera would beat on Khan's china-chin. Accidental headbuts happen all the time.

It always sounds funny when King talks about protecting the boxers/integrity of the sport/etc/etc...
He does have a point though. That vicious cut shouldve called an end to the fight immediately. Would MAB have won? Most likely not but that still doesnt mean a fighter's life should be put at risk just so the brits could try and salvage that horrible night of boxing. The fact that he was so obviously overmatched makes it that much worse imo

Why was this not brought up or filed the day after the fight or on the following Monday? The payoffs had not been received by the commission yet?
