PBF fought Balbomir for 8MIL not 4MIL and got the RING title from the fight so he came up BIG TIME! Arum made up that PBF is scared of Margarito story it was always business with PBF.

Look what turned out of Margarito? Why would PBF be scared of a chump like that?
