I dunno where u get these measurements from but no why is cotto 153 lbs on fight night... he's a freakin middleweight. also pac on fight night was 149 lbs only, not 154... that's misinformation.

this is all you need to know to know whether or not cotto is too big for pac: pac can make 140 easily... cotto couldnt make 140 unless you cut off his arm.

I like how you broke down my post spot for spot, Very nice and professional even if you didn't agree with the measurements (I respect that).

However the measurements were not made up. Just go on line and search for the Tale of the Tape on both boxers (Cotto's Vs Margarito and Pac vs De La Hoya or Hatton) and you'll find the same numbers on my post in every website.
Any way I do agree that Cotto is much more stonger but Pacquiao demonstrated on De La Hoya's face that he's not weak for this division either.

On the size issue , is not that big deference like a lot of people think. Once again i'm going by the numbers not opinions.

I do respect you're opinion and I want to let you know that I'm a Cotto fan. I just wanted to provide some numbers that sometimes people are not aware of.
If you do find numbers (measuremenst) different than the ones I found and posted, please let me know and then I can probably change my mine on the "size advantage".

Also it is true that Pacquaio has some more fight as you mentioned, but non of those boxers mentioned will generate the revenue for Pacquiao than a Cotto fight would, especially if it would be his last fight.

This fight here is going to prove my point..... Actaually NO, Hatton will prove my point before that. Manny could barely compete with the lightweights right now. People are making him out to be something he is not. Pac would have problems with people at lightweight, JMM, J. Diaz, Campbell. Then at Jr Welterweight, HATTON, Lamont Peterson, Victor Ortiz, Ricardo Torres. I would put Holt but everyone knows he's got a glass chin, Ivan Calderon could knock him out.
Anyways, I really ain't hating on Pac, it's just that I've watched boxing for over 20 years and in my opinion , Pac is getting better with each fight (skills- wise). But they are hyping him up and all these youngsters, and casual boxing fans are eating that **** up.
You might aswell put him in there with Sam Peter and have him run circles around his ass. But thats not the point!!!!! The point is to be the best at the division, to call yourself the best you have to beat the best!!!

So in review, Pac had a lot of trouble with JMM, and got a contravercial win, this was at super feather weight!!!!! Then beat a ****ty "champ" in D.Diaz at light weight, then pulled a great win over a SHOT ASS LEGEND in the sport. And he is the top dog in the sport?????? WTF!!!!!! Yet everyone is willingly eating that mess up. \
