Since the WBC is backing Tony, they should bump him to the NO.1 spot and make him a mandatory For Andre Berto. We all no Tony is to much for him but who cares Berto is overated anyways. Viva The Tijuana Tornado

the problem in boxing is the lack of an international body that other sports have. if your banned in soccer for example, you can't go play in Kenya for a year and return later. Because they have FIFA.

Although boxing is international, it's American dominated and this type of issue it's an American problem. Look at steroid users in the NFL or MLB, in any other sport these people would be banned for 2 years. In athletics you lose medal at any time if they find out you cheated, even if it was 12 years ago.

it's situations like these that makes my face burn in embarrassment of being Mexican, the only thing is im actually Mexican born in Monterrey N.L Margarito is American born in California, if he wants to be mexican so bad why doesnt he give up his American birth certificate and social, and just get his Mexican citizenship?? Because he's a f-kin fraud!!!!!

I was just gonna say that. I don't know if they fill the Azteca, but a fight with JCC Jr. is a HUGE event in Mexico that makes both fighters big bucks. Having said that though...I doubt it would be made.

By the way, is Mexico allowing just Margarito to fight there? Or are they also allowing Capetillo to train him? I actually don't mind them letting Margarito fight if he wants to stay busy and make money, but I don't think they should allow Capetillo to train at all.

Keep in mind that when Arum puts these Latin Fury PPVs on in Mexico he sells them for about $30-$40. They might not do huge numbers, but they do alright. Chavez Jr.-Margarito wouldn't be a HUGE PPV success, but it'd do better than most people on BS would be willing to admit.
