This fight will never take place unless:

1.) Shane gets VERY disrespectful in the media towards Floyd which is NOT going to happen. He's too classy for that

2.) The money is there. If Floyd retired witha $20 million gaurantee on the table to fight DLH for a second time, he wont get near that much to fight Shane

3.) Shane aquires all the belts in order for this fight to even be marketable. And right now the clock is running out Shanes career.

4.) Shanes gets ring ****** overnight. Floyd at this point knows the one gauranteed advantage he has had over his opponents (ring smarts) would be complete gone in this fight. Shane comes with a Plan A, B, C, D, E, F, etc.

5.) Shane goes back to Jack Mosley. Aint enough tape to study the ****m Richardson version of Mosley. Can you imagine the difference he would have made in his corner against Forrest, Wright, and Cotto?

Floyd aint unretiring for nobody. They should leave it alone.

I agree with the first 3. I'm not on this Naazim bandwagon(I already thought he was a good trainer). Margarito's style is tailor-made for some1 as good as Mosley even tho I'm sure Naazim helped. And Shane didn't have a Plan B,C, and so on for Cotto....certain boxers do give him problems.

But in the end ur right I don't see Floyd fighting him.

I have to agree that if he came back it probably wouldnt be against Mosley.It could be but....Floyd would go after the $$ and the money wont be there for Mosley. It would be one hell of a fight but I just dont see him returning to fight Mosley.anything can happen though.I would love to see him fight Mosley.I like Mosley as well as anyone else but keep in mind Marg was overrated.I said it before the fight and say it after the fight.I expected Mosley to pull a close decision but not Ko.
