Trust me theres no way on Gods green earth Hatton stays with Margarito for 11 rounds!

Cotto fought his heart out and never stopped trying to hurt Marg untill he was a spent force in the 11th of proobably one of the top 5 fights ive ever seen - with a bust nose from the 2nd round on!

Ricky? He'd either get stopped before he had the chance to "quit" or he'd give up in another way and stop trying to win the fight and just grab on to Tony for dear life all night!

Thats what i think anyway, and id rather see a fighter give it his all before folding after a brutal war than going into survival mode before he really gets beat on

So every boxer who goes down from punishment is "heartless"? Heartless would've been staying down to avoid taking more punishment. Heartless woud've been what Oscar, Tszyu or Freitas has done and quit on thier stool.

Cotto's heart wasnt broken. He was just physically beaten. Had his heart been broken, he would've never gotten up.
Cotto was crying in the locker room, profusely. There is nothing wrong with crying. Hatton is the type of guy that says white lies like that to make him seem softer. He told Khan that the punch that knocked him out would have knocked him out as well, when it probably isn't true. He just says things like that to make others feel better because he is a nice guy. If you can't recognize that then you are pretty shallow.

Mentally Cotto was devastated. Make no mistake about it. All of his reactions after the fight pointed to it. His wife and son had a front seat view of his beat down and they were both crying. Do you really think that didn't effect him?

Leftovers? looked like he went on to win and defend a world title after that loss. Call me crazy.

How do we know what is being said in the headline ain't taken out of context? People can twist things into what they what to believe they're hearing and seeing?

I know that Hatton has stated on more then one occasion that he respects Cotto and his abilities. He wouldn't just start slagging him off like that.

Just look at some of the responses from Cotto fanboys on here:

Cotto will easily beat Hatton at 147 lbs. Short and simple! - armindo54.

Ricky Huggit is not on Cotto's level and would be eaten alive at 139 3/4 ****in lbs up to 154lbs by Cotto.

This Ricky wins at 140lbs myth is hilarious.
                    - CottoIsBackBtch.

                    WTF!

What has that got to do with anything?

So because Cotto could beat Hatton at 147, Hatton isn't entitled to say anything about Cotto?!?

                    It's bull****!

And seen as we're on the subject of Cotto - Hatton, then yes i agree that at 147 Cotto would win easily but at 140, that ****'s competitive and i do not give a F.uck what any of you say?!?
I agree with most things you said CHUNK, but don't fall in on their bull****. Hatton would beat Cotto @ 140. No doubt. @ 147, it would still be a close fight. No way Cotto runs over Ricky at any time. He is fleet footed and can **** to the body. If I recall correctly, Cotto can be buzzed @ 140 and 147 and I have to think that the best jww in the world will be able to hurt him if "chop chop" and Torres dropped and hurt him.
