One year and 20 pounds lighter by fight-time. Good call.

When was the last time Oscar fought at 147 and then tell me why he left the division?

What did Freddie say about the weight?

I didn't consider it a great, let alone good win for Floyd by the way even though Oscar was healthy and fighting above 160+ pounds by fight-time. Oscar was still past his prime by that point.

And, Hatton was undefeated when he met Floyd. Ricky was knocked out and hasn't looked the same.

I didn't read the other guy's post, but because Im a bastard im going to argue with you anyways. Yes yes Hagler lost, but it was debatable, and I still feel he was on top at that time. ok, thats all I got. Back to why I actually wanted to post in this thread. Im glad Floyd doesn't want to fight Hatton, but really, Pacquiao, man that is a rare fight I wanted to see Floyd fight again. But unlike Bowe/Lewis Klitschko/Lewis II, Holmes/Foreman, I could care less really if Floyd ever fights again.

I still think he should fight Margarito.

** Benny, Benny, Benny, what hath thou been been sloppin' up?

Manny picked up the same fight Floydy retired on in the middle of promotions. Oscar retired Floydy. Manny not only secures a bigger split than Floydy, but knocks out Oscar in a masterclass performance.

Are you nervous that Manny might blast out Ricky faster without the assist of the ring turnbuckle and Cortez?

No big deal. Relax. What will be will be. Floydy will be safely tucked away in the hills of Vegas well away from danger. He's undefeated, so no need to get fussed.

It's OK Benny. Time moves on, and maybe you can get a sig from Floydy and his grandkids at a show, maybe even tossin' a C-note for you to get signed. It's all good Benny.......

I would love to see Pac-PBF but let's face facts even PBF fans need to admit it he dodged his way to the top his whole career. He didn't fight Casamayor,Frietas or Tzyou in the lighter weights and then never faced the top dogs at 47. Cotto,Margarito,Williams and Pacquiao are all there if dude really wants to prove he is an ATG and YES he'd still get a HUGE payday to fight any of those fighters instead he is hiding in a corner in his prime. Bottom line PBF never fought the best while he was active so now that he's retired what makes you think he'll fight the best now?

Floyd retired. He beat Oscar already and didn't bother with a second fight; especially since many fans on this board were calling for it not to happen because it was boring...which it was. They wanted him to face Margarito, Williams or Cotto...which I agreed as well.

Ricky hasn't looked that great since losing to Floyd. Juan Lazcano gave him a lot of trouble and we don't know exactly where he is despite looking more like a boxer against Paulie since Paulie was punch-shy because of his brittle hands.

Hatton's been knocked out. Floyd popped his cherry.

                      But thanks for your concern
