Floyd has a childlike jealousy of Pacquiao and Pavlik

The comments Floyd made yesterday are nothing more than his childlike way of expressing his feelings of jealousy towards Manny and Kelly.

Floyd lacks personal qualities of good sportsmanship. He is childishly selfish - he wants everyone to respect and to love him, yet he has absolutely no respect or love for anyone else.

He should be able to see that Manny and Kelly are exciting fighters, and that's why the media and fans like them. If he was a real man, he would give them credit, instead of being a jealous 'lil *****.

I agree thathe should give Manny his proper respect.
Its ways you can ask for your respect without bashing someone else.

I would love to seem them fight sometime. My two favorite fighters.

Floyd's real persona is that of a bitter 13 year old black girl named Shante Sykes.

        Floyd=Shante

Please tell me what Pac or Pav have that Floyd doesn't have or didn't WILLINGLY pass down?

          1) P4P status
          2) money
          3) longevity
          4) undefeated record
          5) respect of his peers
          6) critical acclaim
          7) PPV/ticket sales
          8) skills and/or abilities
          etc
          etc

You seem to have a pretty thorough grasp on the matter. Please tell me what FMJ is jealous of.

This is coming from a Floyd fan, but I think he is a little mad how quickly the sport moved on without him.

Pavlik and Pacquiao are punchers who are good finishers.
It's natural that they're going to be more praised than a guy [Floyd] who does things in the ring that the general public can't really appreciate.

Why would Floyd be jealous of fighters he will be considered historically better than?

And I hope he is mad and frustrated that the sport has started to move on without him, (I say started because Floyd is still the most talked about fighter in the sport, just look at the first page of NSB.) because he deserves it.
He is selfish and wants all the attention, but you cant get it when your in retirement.

He's jealous because they receive the love and respect that he doesn't get from fans and the media, because he's such a 'lil *****.

Every Filipino knows and loves Manny, but does Floyd have so many fans? I don't think so. When Manny fights, there is no crime in the Phillipines for a couple of hours, because EVERYBODY is watching or listening to the fight. Is Floyd loved by an entire nation? I don't think so.

Check the thread "who will be remembered as the greater fighter, Floyd or Manny"

                  Most people said Pacquiao.

Most importantly, Pacquiao is a real warrior, Floyd is a coward.

                    .
Number of mayweather articles = zillions

Number of mayweather-less big events = zero.

Remind me again how "the sport" has "moved on". In the MONTH since his retirement.

Floyd isn't the brightest guy in the world. At times, he can be downright silly. But i'm GUESSING that he knew that either cal or Pac would get the #1 spot that he WILLINGLY VACATED, and that someone would fight for the WBC belt that he WILLINGLY VACATED.

I'm also guessing that he knew there would be future fights. Especially since he started a boxing promotions company. Call me crazy.

So, I need an education here: what has happened that has not been 100% predictable?
