you make some valid points and up until now most have compared these guys on a skill level Cotto vs Judah basis. All thats pretty hypothetical until these 2 get at it. My take on it : much of the fight will be won and lost on how well each guy can adjust to the others strengths, avoid those and prey on their respective weaknesses. So Cotto has to come forward, cut off the ring,get to the body, get inside and throw in combination and pressure, pressure pressure effectively. Zab has to move side to side, not let Cotto get set and stay out of exchanges early on until he can win Cotto's respect by inflicting his own damage, frustrating Cotto with elusive movement. Zab needs to be disciplined and not come in with the mind set that he's gonna school this guy. As far as Cotto being on another level, I gotta tell you as long as the kid keeps makin small improvements to his defense and continues to demonstrate the ability to inflict the type of heavy handed damage to head and body I have seen him consistently do fight after fight he has the potential to be a great fighter. Zab is standing in the way and is not to be taken lightly. Im pretty confident all doubts will be removed come Saturday.

Im saying what Cotto does consistently is unique in that he will be able to get the same things done against Zab to derail him from doing what he does best. taking him out of his gameplan, hurting him to make him fight backwards, bustin him up. This is really why this fight is so exciting, we all know both of these guys are very good but this will show what each is capable of, who can execute when fighting a premium opponent.

i wouldnt be surprised if zab tries to blow him out early, really jump on him from the bell similar to hagler/hearns and try to KO cotto early. its not gonna play out like everyone thinks (zab landing early, cotto wearing him down with body shots and TKO'ing him late, etc). it never does. either way i have zab by an impressive KO and he's back on top of the division

I honestly have no faith in Cotto whatsoever, and was anti before the fight with Judah was announced.
