Maragrito and Hatton can't beat PBF both for the same reasons.

They leave to many openings. Maragrito is very strong but swings so wide and PBF is so tight and fast he'll beat Maragrito to the punch everytime. Maragrito has only as punchers chances. He's just a bigger but cheaper version of Castillo

Hatton. Why did everyone start holding his jack strap? The guy is entertaining fighter to watch and has great work rate but again he leaves so many openings and has a worse chin than Gatti who got dropped how many times.

Mosley can't beat PBF. Too old and I wasn't impressed by Sugar with Vargas. Sugar wasn't on his toes and didn't dance.

I think castillo has a chance and maybe some stronger little middleweights.

Hello all I'm a new poster,

I think like many others that at this weight and at this time no one currently around can take him. He will have to move up in weight or perhaps like RJJ in a few years with diminished skills. I also believe that out of the current top welterweights that Zab probably has the best chance because of his speed although like RJJ in his prime lefty or righty doesnt make a difference to PBF. Now the others on the list i.e. Hatton, Castillo, Cotto, Magarito have punchers chances of beating PBF, while possible there IMHO not very probable at this weight at this time.

Sure mayweather is on a roll but eventually everyone's luck runs out, look at roy jones for instance but i belive mayweather will be in for quite a few years to come they way he fights is amazing he has the speed and the power and best of all he dosent have a weak chin like someone can really prove it, they can hardly hit him!!!!

I believe the only one that could have beat him is carlos monzon back in the the 70's he was exactly like mayweather.

Actually I didnt think it was Jones "Luck" all those years that made him nearly untouchable and the world recognized P4P fighter that he was. It was his skill level and I think that his skill level diminished enough for a guys like Tarver and Johnson to beat him. Perhaps thats due to too much weight fluxuations or just age. Perhaps a combination of the both, who knows.

However to say that Mayweathers "Luck" to run out is needed belittles the amount of skill and brains he brings into the ring. I still think that him going after the big money at 154lbs or a diminishing of his skills in a few years is the only way he can be beat, although once again I think Zab has the best shot out of the crop at 140-147.

            now thats an intelligent response

its nto that the others sucjk its that maweather embodies a unique balance of intelligence, footspeed, movement, handspeed, combination punching when he wants to - the list goes on hes got all the right tools- the only reason he goes the distance sometimes is that depending on his opponents skills he won't sit down on his punches.
any how margarito is game and will probably want to bring it to pbf but is not fast enough and will get countered all night
hattons intense pressure and body work may give him some probs

              re

Hatton wont touch Mayweather and will get chopped to pieces , so will Cotto do a number on Hatton , Mayweather is not flat footed like Kostya is , Hatton would be slaughted just like Gatti , at the moment the only one out there at the weights is Shane Mosley , he fought a great fight with Vargas and still has his speed and skills , I would love to see Shane fight him before this year is out I reckon it would be a very competitive fight .

No fighter can beat Mayweather, if any boxer is gona come close i would have to say my British boy Hatton. Hes strong, fast, has good body shots and he does have a chin. If they go toe for toe Hatton would win but Mayweather would out box him.

The only person I see beating Mayweather is Mayweather himself.
