Ali is the (slightly) greater fighter, but I would much rather watch Louis bomb his opponents back to the stone age.

I think that Ali would outdance Louis the same way Conn did, only Ali was smart enough not to try and go in for the kill against someone as dangerous as Louis. And you need more than one huge bomb to put Ali to sleep like Louis did Conn. Louis landed a barrage of punches in that last round (one of the most brutal finishing displays in history) but it was that first uppercut that put Conn in position to go. I feel like Ali wouldn't get caught like that and if he did, he'd have the good sense to go down. Add to that that Ali was much bigger and longer than Conn (who was fighting at like 178, wasn't he?), you've got a recipe for a convincing win for Ali.Comment
