Just in terms of hard-hitting with no skill or other stuff involved, Randall Bailey might be one of the hardest hitting fighters I've ever seen. I literally saw dudes fly off of him.

    1. Bailey
    2. Hearns
    3. Robinson
    4. Trinidad
    5. Barbados Joe (Fleischer said he was the best WW ever)

That's interesting take, I still Tommy was number 1 but yes some non-ATGs have had fearsome punching power.

      Shavers for one.

          Just need 3

Langford was weighing 147 lbs and knocking out heavyweights. He’s built for pure power (low and wide) with exceptional leverage on his shots.

Robinson has beautiful leverage and balance as well, he turns his shots over and gets everything behind them. He could break ribs above his natural weight class.

Hearns is explosive and has a big frame for a man his size. Hit for hit with the right hand he’s right up there - but probably number 3. Robinson knocked men out cold at welterweight more so than Hearns - it’s just his other talents over shadow his punching power. Lamotta said Robinson hit very hard (his ribs were broken).

I'm quite prepared to believe Walcott belongs in the top 5,but Fleischer never saw him fight.

Cheers mate, as great as he was Langford was just a teenager as a welter.

Which is why I don't rate him there, more light-heavy, heavy.
