Beter has a history of beating bigger fighters, ie heavyweights in Sheriff Bob's day that he almost always lost to.

Beating a bigger opponent is definitely an asset, but it does not determine greatness against fellow opponents weighing in at the same. Also, most guys coming up to heavy get capped, Tunney, Spinks are two examples of exceptions... IF one believes Tyson beat Spinks because he was bigger (I do not believe this). Even so, who is to say losing to a heavyweight means a loss to a fellow light heavy?

LOL. The fact that light heavies and middle weights walk around heavier means a lot regarding Beve's relative merits against a heavyweight... we just have not figured out how yet. Yes of course, if you magically had a time machine and sent him back. Had he been born when those guys were he would not be bigger. Either way, hes never beaten a professional heavyweight of any era of professional boxing, and that is a fact.
