Although these opinions are subjective in methodology, one can be objective in final judgement. I take it on a case-by-case basis. At the end of the day, it's all opinion.
In HW boxing, a surprise out of nowhere KO can come, but Mike got an absolute boxing lesson from Douglas, who, as we all know, was nothing special at all. But to his fans, somehow Mike was no longer in his prime here! Though, had he won, that same fight on that same night, it would have been a win in the column of prime Mike. Fans are very, very selective of these things. Cash in

Even hardcore Mike Tyson fans, many claim he is the best ever and prime Mike is unbeatable, but the fact is, prime Mike was very well-matched, then prime Mike got completely outboxed by ****-average Douglas, and knocked-out.

I actually would see 2 versions:
Floyd losing a decision where he focuses too much on defense and loses by doing and landing nothing. I see this because Leonards speed, power and agressiveness at 147 would instantly make Floyd super cautious.
Version 2 Leonard actually becomes annoyed by Mayweathers style as it begins to frustrate him. He ups the pressure and simply lands a big shot eventually, knocking him out.
It’s Leonard here at his peak, theres nothing that would compare on Floyd Mayweathers resume in regards to a fighter who would come to win and expect to win.dreamroom likes this.

he struggles bad with Duran for many reasons, Duran is fast, hard hitting and fearless - but also very skillful at cutting the ring off, feinting, countering and most of all performing under the lights on the big stage (when it mattered to him). I think Floyds offense would be severely hindered against a crafty fighter like Duran. If would be worse than Leonard because Leonard has power and is a real welterweight and an even longer reach than Floyd
