So did Floyd sign the 50/50 contract prior to December 11th? If not, your Arum quote means nothing, and Iole's claims are false.
So you're saying that the drug testing was only mentioned a day after the contract was sent? How foolish.

How would Freddie have known about it by the time this video was uploaded on December 11th, hmmm?

What are you trying to say? That he sent the contract, didn't sign it and then claimed he tried to change it up. Arum was already on record saying all the terms were agreed to for the 50/50 split, and that he if he even heard 60/40 he would hang up.

    From October

“60-40? That’s music to my ears. If I start hearing 60-40 – that just tells me to hang up [the phone] and move on to the next guy,” Arum said.

Sorry. The contract he signed was for a 50/50 split. Pacquiao declined because of 14 days drug testing cutoff.

When did Iole say he saw this contract signed by Mayweather for 50/50? 2009 right?

No, man. Why would Schafer had made the comment that just becuase it was for 50/50 before it wouldn't be for 50/50 now if it was back in 2009????

He is commenting on it in 2012. The article is dated in 2012 and mentions Mayweather about to do his prison stint. You could have figured this out yourself.

The article you quoted, speaks to 2009. Iole said in a 2012 interview that he saw the contract from 2009. That's what you've been ranting about for years, this Iole claim he saw a contract for 50/50 signed by Mayweather back in 2009 for a fight to be held in March of 2010.

December 2009: Pacquiao Strikes Out on Drug Testing

of Yahoo Sports reported in 2012 that Mayweather and Pacquiao came within a whisker of settling their differences with a 2010 fight. All the details were worked out, including the date, a 50-50 purse split, who would receive top billing on promotional materials and the order in which the men would enter the ring and be announced to the crowd.

But it all came apart over Pacquiao's objections to Mayweather's demands for strict, random blood testing, which promoter Bob Arum claimed, per of MLive.com, was to be implemented right up to the weigh in:

Late 2009: See You in Court

With negotiations for a March 2010 fight already on the boxing equivalent of life support, the final nail in the coffin came with the by Pacquiao against Mayweather and senior members of his team on Dec. 30, 2009.

Floyd didn't demand Olympic drug testing until December 12th 2009! This would make Iole's claims null and void. Floyd would have have signed a contract for the alleged 50/50 fight prior to December 11th, and then turn around the next day and make blood test demands.

This is from your own link...

Schaefer said he met Arum shortly before Thanksgiving in 2009 to discuss parameters of a deal, but said he didn't remember sending Top Rank a completed contract for signature that included a 50-50 purse split.

However, in a contract obtained by Yahoo! Sports, paragraph 11 under the section entitled Net Profits reads: "Net Profits shall be allocated 50/50 between GBP and TR." The contract goes on to say that net profits would include a split of "all gross revenues."

In sub-paragraph 11 (a), entitled HBO PPV Fight Night Advance, it reads, "Not withstanding the foregoing, the HBO PPV fight night advance shall be paid 50% directly to GBP and 50% directly to TR."

Schaefer said Pacquiao's reluctance to accept the drug testing Mayweather was demanding in 2009 was "a deal killer." Still, Schaefer told Yahoo! Sports he didn't recall offering a 50-50 split, but said that even had he done so, it wouldn't apply now given what has subsequently happened in the fighters' careers.

"It never happened, but for the sake of argument, let's say that the 50-50 split was offered back then," Schaefer said. "A long time has passed. Let's say that I wanted in 2009 to hire you and I offered you $100,000. We didn't sign a contract, but now, I come to you and said, 'Kevin, I know now you are worth $200,000. You are more accomplished and more famous than you were in 2009, but remember that contract I offered you in 2009 where I said I would pay you $100,000? Well, I want you to sign that now.' Like I said, I don't think that ever happened, but if it did, circumstances are vastly different now."

Here you are, citing a proposed 2009 fight that Iole claims to have seen the signed contract for...you quoted December 11th 2009! Now you're talking about 2012? Stop lying!

What are you trying to say? That Kevin Iole is saying he saw the contract in 2009....and just decided to write about it in 2012?

Dude, that makes absolutely no sense. The contract is FROM 2009.

I just showed you that Freddie Roach, who wasn't even a part of negotiations, knew about the Olympic Style Drug testing at least by Dec. 11th, 2009. So why are you still trying to say it didn't come up until Dec. 12th? You can't ignore a damn video staring you in the face. lol

And why are you talking about Shaeffer again when this is about Bob Arum admitting that the contract was there? Mayweather admit it. Iole saw it with his own eyes. Why do I have to repeat myself?

LMAO. What the hell are you talking about. I posted the damn link to the article. You can clearly see the dates

You seem to be having trouble following. The fight was the 1st negotiation. The contract, being discussed in 2012, is from 2009. I have never said Iole saw it in 2009, nor do I know why it would be relevant when he saw it. The point is that HE SAW IT. You have been claiming it didn't exist. I think you know that it did exist now.

You quoted articles stating the contract was sent on December 11th. Iole was talking about a contract from 2009.

LMAO. What the hell. Have you fallen and hurt your head. I don't even know what you are trying to say at this point. I posted the link to the article...but in case you are confused, I'll do it again.

A contract sent on Dec. 11, 2009, by Golden Boy Promotions on behalf of Mayweather to Top Rank on behalf of Pacquiao proposed a 50-50 financial split between the sides for a fight that would have been held March 13, 2010.

You have been citing Iole's claim he saw a signed 2009 contract. I just posted an article that showed Floyd announced Olympic drug testing on 12 December. He could not have possibly signed a COMPLETED contract on or before 11 December 2009, and then announced the next day that Olympic drug testing is part of the deal. That is why Manny did not sign the contract, he disputed the Olympic testing. By 30 December he files a lawsuit for defamation. They did not renegotiate again until mid-2010.
