It wouldn't be the my first choice to strike back, I'd first assess the possibility/consequences of just turning my back and letting it be, if that's not an option then I'd first try to restrain her and diffuse the situation that way and if that doesn't work and I feel threatened then yea I might strike with an open hand just to shock her. Most women stop at that point. If it keeps going then I'll strike again probably with an open hand until she quits.
