Wasn't Floyd in prison before for several crimes? Not claustrophobic.
Floyd was already cuffed up and didn’t need a knee on his neck to restrain him.

I think that he was crying like a baby because he didn't want to go to jail, just sit down and except your punishment for your crimes. He didn't want to do that and wrestled with the cops. If he had not done that he would not have been face first in the earth with a knee on his neck. And the drugs... don't even get me started..........Rockin'

Quickly skimmed, didn’t see the word Homicide. It’s like this, with all the drugs in his system, his heart problems and being restrained like that, was the perfect storm. Would he have died if he wasn’t restrained like that, most likely not. Would an average person without the underlying issues and drugs in their system die from being restrained that way, most likely not. The cop is not necessarily at fault for what he did if that’s what they’re trained to do, but what him and the rest of them are guilty of, is not being aware of the situation and adjusting their tactics accordingly. It’s somewhere between cold blooded murder and an accident.

Homicide covers from malicious intent to unintentional, and everything in between. The literal meaning of the word and it’s application in criminality, are 2 different things.

If you read this, you’ll see that a medical examiner would pretty well have no other choice but to rule the cause of death as Homicide.
