I dont think anyone actually got my point.

    Maybe i said it wrong.

Whoever has won the champions league. More often then not, within the last 5 years prior, they have won there domestic league.

And im talking about since maybe 2000.

Man City is the best example. win the league easy, go to chelsea win, go old trafford, beat there ass', go to Emirates, outclass them.

Then they will go to Ajax on a tuesday night and lose LOL.

Also chelsea, won the first premier league not so long ago.

THEN they built a squad ready to compete for the big one, champions league.

then i said, name 3 teams who won the champions league, without winning there league within the last 5 years.

Obviously there's examples against my point, like liverpool, but i cant think of another team.

Did anyone see Steve Evans running down the line for Rotherham's equaliser?

Not exactly Mourinho in his prime..

Arsenal - City ended 1-1 the Emirates. That is all.

          Champions league > La liga

That is the view of 99.9% Real Madrid fans.

Why be king of one country when you can be king of a whole continent?

More or less...Domestic leagues are easier to win.

thats why Man City cant do squat in champs league.

And Juve were kicked out of Europa league even playing there best team.

They both won there domestic leagues.

someone said they would rather win the prem league then champs league. thats all.
              It depends.

In a domestic league, you play everyone twice. It's over 38 games and more often than not, the best overall team wins. You can't really fluke a domestic title - you can certainly get a lot of luck as Man United did for years with decisions and City did this season but it's probably easier to get lucky in a cup competition.

You can get a very favourable draw like Porto did in 2004 or you can fluke it like Chelsea did.

                  P. 1: Rotherham 1 Leyton Orient 1

                  P. 2: Rotherham 1 Leyton Orient 2

                  P. 3: Rotherham 2 Leyton Orient 3

                  P. 4: Rotherham 3 Leyton Orient 3

                  P. 5: Rotherham 4 Leyton Orient 3

That must have been incredibly awkward for Leyton Orient fans.

remember when cardiff played them a few years ago, one of the chuckle brothers came on and did the halftime raffle
