Almost two years is a long time out of the ring , I wonder why he was out so long ?

I did not see Crawford beating Canelo before this weekend. Now I do , all he's got to do is move , pop Canelo with a quick combination , and rinse and repeat for 12 rounds. As long as he doesn't stay in tge danger zone too long he will be fine. Canelo can't beat Molasses in a foot race currently....

Cardenas now has a really good opportunity to get himself set for life. He's definitely good enough to beat most guys. He's got a great chin , really good power , speed, and the mentality for success. He just needed the opportunity. I'm glad for him that he got it. Good luck Cardenas , keep grindin...

Line of the week , courtesy of The Cranium , Tim Bradley , "OH, OH , he broke his back Tess ". That had me cracking up. It's still making me laugh.

I like young Marquez , he's pretty good and a fun fighter to watch. I was wondering where he's been, it seems like it's been a while since I last saw him fight. Anyone know if he was out with an injury or something ?

The odds move too. Depending on the action coming in. Setting the starting odds is both a science and an art. Those are some seriously brainy guys....

I think that they really screwed the pooch with that setup , they should have put the ring in the middle of Times Square , opened it up to anyone who showed up and put it on those big screens around the square. If they weren't going to make it a free event for all of the people then they should have...JeBron Lamez likes this.

Did Lucas Ketelle go to bed after the Espinoza fight ?
Owen Lewis had the best response in my opinion. Well written and excellent commentary....brankobugarski likes this.

It's not even a legitimate question , the Inoue ,Espinoza , and Emiliano Vargas fights were all really good. The Canelo card was pretty lame top to bottom and Fridays card deep throated a giant donkey dlck.

What happens next though ? That's what matters. I wouldn't consider Nery or Cardenas C class competitors.

Henry Armstrong and Sugar Ray Robinson might have something to say about that TBE business. Even beating Alvarez doesn't put Crawford in that kind of company in my opinion....

Betting odds are all about the money line , it's not really about a guys real chances of winning. Odds shift according to the money coming in on either side. The books just try to get their ten percent of the handle. So it's not really about a guys realistic possibilities. I hope that I explained that...

I go by the TRUE MEANING OF POUND FOR POUND. If they were all the same size , Inoue would beat everyone else. I don't go by the other parameters that people have added in recent years. Who would beat who is the only real criteria , and of course it's entirely subjective. It makes for lively arguments...
