Ironically, the "Bomb Squad" chant is never more relevant now that Wilder can hardly pull the trigger to set off his bombs.
A bomb squad is a team called in to defuse and/or otherwise disable explosives before they explode....

He'll have to keep proving himself every time out but he passed the eye test....

I'll tell you what would be exciting: tuning in to see Brian Norman, Jr. sparking out Haney.
Because that's what I think would happen if they match up.
I suspect Norman would be able to cut the ring off and simply overpower Haney....

Norman has been the sleeper threat at 147 for a while. With Boots moving to 154, I don't see anyone better at Welterweight. It would be great if Norman can unify and drag 147 back into glamour division status again.

Yep, my thoughts exactly.
I was expecting the ref to jump in and stop it. Sasaki was essentially out on his feet and absorbing too many hard and unanswered punches.
Also disappointed Sasaki's corner didn't end it....

Say what you will about Sasaki, but Norman did what he was supposed to do and looked spectacular in the process. I think he has a good chance to dominate at 147. He also looks big at 147 and, at only 24, could probably move up to 154 at some point. As if 154 needed more talent these days.
