Feel fatigued still about a week after last training

I like to workout everyday since my main problem is consistency and doing something, not optimal recovery times, but I got fatigued and usually I just restart when I feel better but its been a week and I still feel fatigued but I also feel kinda strong too like I could easily do teh work out its weird.

Did I over train my CNS? I didn't do that much but was explosive stuff and everyday wo recovery days.

Its weird this little exercise shouldn't stop me but it has.

How do I get un- fatigued faster?

Are you sure that you're not getting sick? The workout could just be a coincidence

I do mini cycles of two intense days with an easy day in between. The easy day maybe just aerobic stuff of skills or a slower run. And try to do different movements everyday, not always the same thing.

yep could be a bug that doesn't give me obvious signs, I rarely go outside so could have caught it as I hung with a mass of normies

yea that's a great idea, I thought everyday I was doing was a light day tho lol

I think poor form is extra hard work, and that might be the reason why ive over trained

I can hit the bag for a whole day and be fine but shadow boxing my form isn't so great so maybe that's it

would going too hard in shadow boxing do this like yanking my body about being too forceful with each punch?

I don’t know nowadays we spared 3-5 days a week always hit the mitts heavy bag speed bag and jumped rope every day five days a week and every other Saturday and ran five and six days a week plus was working some and never seemed to have the problems guys write about. That was35 years ago and come to think about it nobody ever amounted to **** that came out of that boot camp gym but our cardiovascular health was second to none.

Maybe you need to find a smaller shadow?
