Did I over train my CNS? I didn't do that much but was explosive stuff and everyday wo recovery days.
Its weird this little exercise shouldn't stop me but it has.
How do I get un- fatigued faster?

That's true... I kept doing that quick jab while shadow boxing. Now there's this pain whenever i put pressure on it

All in stark contrast to Amir Khan who, despite landing some good shots last night, routinely overcommitted and was thoroughly punished by Bud Crawford for leaving himself open. You don't do that against arguably the best active P4P fighter ...
Going back to OP's original question about elbow pain. Be sure to incorporate a lot of push-ups and triceps extensions in your weekly routine. Strong triceps will absorb a lot of the impact and push/pull force which comes with daily training.
