How many hours between your last food intake and your workout? Are you fasting to loose weight? Do you feel like your running out of energy or just getting an upset stomach part way through your workout?
i fast primarily for improved focus. my fasting schedule is 8pm to 12 pm the next day and i usually train at 10 to 12:30 sometimes 8am to 10 . my fighting weight is 119 and i am currently at 126 (5"2) so ample body fat at the moment. i never really leaned out very much lol. i never felt dizzy just some upset stomach
