Are you from the UK? The money is in live betting. If you have an eye for trajectory of fights, its easy to get good odds with high certainty.
McCaskill decison was 2.2 after round 3, Benavidez KO was 1.8 inplay even after the corner and the doctor said that they would stop the fight if
he takes too many more punches.
Ryan Ford Draw inplay was also an easy play.

I'm more interested in the "peanuts for nice win" attempts, indeed... It works quite often, though one has to be patient. But sometimes - like yesterday - it's absolutely discouraging when you catch nothing of several small bets. Hell, I had hoped to get at least one right...

We did do one with 5 on last year... one crazy weekend where we did a total of nine fights across two threads I think. But that was kinda extraordinary circumstances where I was cramming on extra fights to guard against the likleihhod of COVID cancellations and to make up for the lost months when boxing was just shut down altogether. In general if we got more than three significant fights I'll aim to split it into two threads... but it's just possible there'll be occasions where having 4 on one thread makes sense.

And honestly if you're cool with keeping on with the updating for now I ain't complaining... I been doing this it feels like forever and a break would be more than welcome, plus I got a kinda busy coupla weeks ahead. Just make sure you let me know when you had enough.

Deines isnt a complete pushover, but he is very limited and doesnt offer Beterbiev much threat. I personally dont like pick ems that are only about when the opponent gets squashed. Canelo Vs Yildirim was like that, but I get why that fight was included, its Canelo.

Bes*****s fight seems to lack in significance and competitiveness. So I dont really like that one either. I dont think many are familiar with Veron.

Its not really a solid week, I would have included Machado Vs Tanajara, but unfortunately Tanajara withdrew. McGregor Vs Guerfi seems to be somewhat competitive. Its McGregors first opponent who already competed at a higher level. Abgugofurov Vs Silyagin seems to the be the closest fight on paper, but these two are also virtually unknown for most.

In conclusion, I would just stick with Ortiz Vs Hooker and Okolie Vs Glowacki

asgarth, I agree with your conclusion. Ortiz v Hooker is gonna be interesting, if Mo can make it the first few rounds. Okolie v Glowacki, I dont know what the eff might happen. I was thinking Glowacki was the goods, and then we saw what happened.

I had just been thinking about Mo vs Vergil and Glowacki vs Okolie for the exact reasons outlined by asgarth above... the Beterbiev and Bes***** fights simply don't look competitve. That said I could probably be swayed on the Beterbiev one based on it's significance as a fight with two titles on the line... There was some sentiment in the pre-season discussion thread that we should aim to include every title fight in every division, but whilst I think that might be a little excessive I can see a case for every unified title bout.

Let's see what Mammoth has to say... don't have to put it up till this eve, so I'll think on it some more over the day - and of course opinion from any other players is also invited.

You fancy Beterbiev vs Dienes to go in then? wasn't quite sure from your earlier comment, but that'd make it easier. Myself I'm mainly just trying to gauge what most people want and right now it's probably leaning towards having it in but I'll hang fire for another coupla hours before I put the thread up to see if any more comments come in.
