Nsb pick em 2021 masterthread

In general, I think that title fights should be included even when they're unbalanced (on paper).

Part of this game is seeing who is able to get closer to a perfect pick. This alone requires a careful study of every fight. After all, there's a difference in points based on perfect (or less) picks.

Then again, upsets have happened throughout the ages... and, as we sadly saw last Saturday with Chocolatito, there's always room for some incompetent judging depriving someone of hard-earned multiplier points, even if they had picked the right winner.

All of the above variables are part of this League, therefore I'm favorable to including "predictable" title fights when they involve a big name.

Okay gents, mixed bag from these fights as would have been expected from the bookies odds. In the event the Clark vs Gausha fight wasn't competitve at all, but it was still wildly unpredictable going in. Estrada vs Chocolatito? Well the seven of us who used a x5 on Roman are probably right to feel slightly hard done by, but you gotta take the rough with the smooth I guess...

Congratualtions to the 8 of you who picked both winners correctly with extra props to Baltimore Ganondorf Kezzer and Mammoth who got a perfect pick each as well.

High score of the week to kushking with 120 for an x3 on El Gallo... perhaps slightly unlucky to miss out on his Gausha pick by a coupla minutes too.

Damn multipliers flying around like scattershot... don't ever recall a single week with as many multipliers used, 20 x3s 12 x2s and a x5... a lot of em on the Beterbiev early KO... you let us down Artur!

So what do we have? All three wide favourites won and most of us picked all three winners so it's down to the detail. Ortiz's mid KO proved a popular pick and no-one predicted it'd take Artur into the late rounds to stop Deines... the only player to reallt distinguish themesleves this week was Damn Wicked who was right on the money with his x2 on the Okolie Mid rounds KO alongside Vergil's. Kudos man.

Lotta highish scores around this week with all the multipliers but leading the pack were mlac and SUBZER0ED with 230 points each. Nice work gents.
