Timed out lol. Hearn flat out said no, and this site reported it. Wilder accepted €15M, then was timed out when a date and location was requested, only to have Joshua-Povetkin announced the same week (also reported by this site). Bickering about that doesn't matter anymore though, because at this point both sides have taken actions that clearly say "marinate". If you're putting the blame all on one side, you're a fan.

Getting timed out by the WBA... that’s very different to being told 24 hours or the deal’s off by the person you’re supposed to be negotiating with. One of those factors is beyond the parties’ control and the other is within their control; this is straightforward stuff.
