Soo fight freaks are hard to come by. My question is, how many true boxing fans are you friends with and usually get together to watch boxing? I got like 2 legit fight fans I'm close with, and I ll have 1 or 2 casuals if needed for ppv price tags lol.

I thought I could make one recently, but he turned out to be an MMA casual. He was all "Conor is a beast! Look at how he takes out Alvarez!" and showed me a ****ty video. I said I'd show him a true knockout, and found a vid of Roy knocking out Glen Kelly.
He called Roy "Mayweather" as he tried to explain the physics of the KO. At first I thought it was a slip of the tongue, but he kept calling him Mayweather. I immediately changed the subject, and each time he tried to bring May-Mac up, I would talk about something else.
I've resigned myself to talking about boxing with strangers on the internet forever.

My dad is my only boxing friend. The other ones are casuals who prefer UFC(gaaaay). Thing is my dad stopped watching boxing in the 80's. All he talks about is Ali, Foreman, Tyson, Leonard, Hagler, Hearns. Anything after that era doesnt interest him at all.
