Amir reminds me of Donald Trump in the way his delusional responses roll off his tongue in order to save face. If the entire boxing world knew Con would be ko'd the moment it was announced....why couldn't he? That's not daring to be great. It's ******ity. He's not durable...He's not masterful defensively. He's not technically a wiz. He's a slightly above average fighter who can impose his attributes on lesser opponents. Ie..the algeries...the paulies...the Devon's of the world...Colloquially their called B class fighters. Although Canelo is a dense bodied guy...I highly doubt he was 180 in there. He actually looked very fit & trim from a physique standpoint.

I am willing to guarantee that Khan will stay far far away from Kell Brook. TO have Brook Usurp him as a British star would be gut wrenching for Con & his people. Kell is far too dangerous at this stage. They will pull the Mayweather & wait....& wait.... wait....& wait some more...for something devastating to happen to kell. Or for him to simply slow down. But Amir isn't preserving his own body. He's going to go crahing to the canvas some more. & then he's goign to retire...Ala Joe calzaghe having never faced Froch....smh. But you guys say he's daring to be great. In my mind Greatness is Vanquishing your rivals. & Con has none bigger than Kell...

Khan was great until the last punch landed, he was doing very well but bad luck for him & all of his fans. Brave move to move forward for other category.

I think people are over rating how well Khan did just because they expected him to get ko'd quicker. First few rounds he did well, but onwards he was missing loads.

After Canelo out grew welterweight, where he only fought bums in Mexico, he began fighting Jr welterweights and welterweights at a catchweight of 150 lbs. Jose Cotto, Carlos Baldomir, Lovemore Ndou, Mathew Hatton, Josesito Lopez. Through out that time he fought one Light Middleweight Luciano Cuello for the WBC silver title, and defended it at catch weights until he won the full title at a catch weight against a Welterweight, Mathew Hatton, and defended it against a light middleweight who had out grew the weight and had already moved up to Middleweight, Ryan Rhodes, who after loosing to Canelo immediately moved back to Middleweight.

So for his entire reign at light Middleweight Canelo fought two light Welterweights, Jose Cotto, Josesito Lopez, 5 Welterweights Baldomir, Ndou, Matthew Hatton, Gomez, Mayweather, 1 Middleweight Ryan Rhodes, and 4 Light Middleweights Cuello, Cintron, Mosley, Trout.

Now at Middleweight Canelo has fought 3 light Middleweights Angulo, Lara, Cotto all at a catch weight of 155 lbs, and 1 Welterweight Khan.

History shows that most of Canelo's fights are taken when he has a size and weight advantage. Which doesn't bode well for GGG because I can't see Canelo budge on 155 lbs. Based on his history, Canelo will start fighting full sized Middleweight threats when he moves up to super Middleweight.
            Nice info mate.

As Virgil Hunter said on the HBO faceoff, I'd love to be a fly on the wall to see what Canelo eats after the weigh in. How on earth can you go from 155 to 180 in a day?

That's pretty disgusting. I've always said Canelo is even worse than Chavez jr. He's a boiler who is so pathetic he doesn't even face guys in his own weight class. Instead he drags guys up from one or two divisions below. He's really pathetic and unimpressive.

Actually The Ring had Ryan Rhodes ranked #4 at 154.

Ryan Rhodes didn't "move back to 160" after Canelo, he finished his career at 154. And actually he was at 160 a very long time ago, about 5 years before that but he was too small so he went to 154 and campaigned there for the rest of his career.

Alvarez entered as the # 9 junior middleweight in the world according to The Ring Magazine. Rhodes, a 6/1 betting underdog [1], was ranked # 4 by the same publication.

The other bolded, what size and weight advantage? Size and weight advantage are the same thing.

Trout was 1lb heavier than Canelo, Angulo 2lbs lighter.

Can't even point out a guy outlands someone without the sand rubbing these vaginas raw. It's interesting you think I'm actually that big of a Canelo fan when I'd rather him fight GGG :/

I get it, you feel your boy was bullied by Canelo...and you're right... But don't hate on Darwinism. Only Virgil and Khan are to blame for thinking he's got top level skills. Everyone knew Canelo wasn't just bigger but p4p better. You wouldn't throw Gary Rusell in vs Spence would you? :/

On second thought...The saltyness tells me maybe you probably would.

Dont hate the player, hate the game.

Canelo went from rehydrating to 170...to 175..to 180 in a matter of days. Pick your excuses and stick with em
