Is it Wilder hate or do people actually think Povetkin has a chance?

Wilder just doesn't look like quality fighter right now and its hard to picture him beating Povetkin after what I saw on Saturday, Povetkin isn't that special either but he's a real step up for Wilder in all honesty.

I have to favour Povetkin based on what I've seen from both, I hope Wilder comes through cause I am dying to see him and Fury get it on.
I think the wild swinging had to do with Spillzka being an awkward southpaw but as a Wilder fan I do cringe when I see him throw his arms up, it exaggerates his opponents offense. I think Wilder is alot sharper against smaller orthodox fighters because timing and range is easier to grasp

Its part hate but Alexander Povetkin is a very good fighter that's what we need to take into consideration with this, for the haters this is their best chance of seeing Wilder fall short.

Absolute garbage, If he was in the top 5 P4P ranking then you'd have a point but he is overlooked and he didn't even get a place in the top ten of P4P rankings which quite frankly is an outright joke.

ITT a bunch of ****s who've never even watched Povetkin.

FFS, Szpilka was giving Wilder all he could handle for eight and a half rounds. Povetkin is a different class of fighter entirely. If Wilder wins it will be bigger than all his other wins put together and that's a fact.

Are you blind or just ******ed? Nevermind, probably both.

Did you watch Wilder's last couple fights at all?

Wilder wasn't even able to land jabs on Szpilka most of the time. Most of the rounds were close and Szpilka won quite a few. SZPILKA. The guy that should have never even gotten a title fight because he was ranked very very low.

Wilder is HUGE, and has HUGE reach and has a big right hand. Povetkin has skills and if he trains properly he might overcome the height and reach disadvantages. I got Povetkin winning this fight.

Why you think Haymon didnt make the fight against Povetkin yet? He wanted to milk Wilder for as many bum fights as possible in case he loses against Povetkin.

I would be laughing if the fight goes to purse bid and Wilder has to fight in Russia and will cry like a little biatch, possibly drop his belt.

No hate here. I would favor Povetkin. I think both guys have improved but Wilder still has glaring flaws. But even thought it's a cliche, Wilder has that eraser that can make up for his faults. 60/40 fight in favor of Povetkin in my opinion. I actually think Wilder may be a slight favorite in Vegas so I think it would be a nice fight to bet on.
