As long as Arum can prove what he is suing over, I think he has a solid case.

Not only was that, but haymon have been stealing fighters from golden boy and bob arum. You really wanna work with some1 whos stealling ur fighters? GTFOH
Did u already forget all that? Or you only remember things that benefit ur agurments?
Bob said he wont do bussiness with haymon AFTER floyds excuses in 2009-2010. If they dont wanna work with u why would u wanna work with them? bob is older, more experienced and been in the bussiness longer than haymon.... he doesnt have to beg any1 for truces n ****.

Last year, fans & the media alike complained about Haymon stifling boxing by shielding his boxers from the fights that fans were dying to see. He left us with crap fights, & in some cases, no fights. This year, Haymon's started his own thing on network TV, and some fans think that he is now the best thing for boxing. The problem is, it looks like he's trying to take over boxing, while freezing out other promoters. Also, the year's more than half over, yet I don't recall seeing a plethora of blockbuster fights from uncle Al. I don't know about you guys, but I don't want to see my beloved boxing under the thumb of one guy, especially not Al ****ing Haymon!

Bob is at least half right and I don't know ****, I'm not a judge or been shown a case like a jury thinking differently is denial.
And I never said I agree with Bob, I'm just saying I have more faith and/or trust with a lawyer with a degree from Harvard which just so happens to be Bob. I never said Bob Arum was perfect but we're comparing him to Haymon. Arum has at least been in the same business for 40+ years, not thrown out.
And hey, maybe Al was trying to do something good for his people, I think he's genuinely trying to help boxing grow. He told people "I know I can make boxing big, I can make you guys (his investors) lots of money in 2-4 years. Trust me, I have a passion..." and he sold himself really well and as stated he probably has great intentions.
How he gets there is the issue. Obviously he doesn't mind bending the rules at the very least to get things done. That's fine until you start pissing off the wrong people and it wasn't like he didn't just lose to Oscar already. He settled with Oscar after Haymon was sued for trying to take over the company, him and Schaefer. Now he pissed off Top Rank and well, he might have the best lawyers in the world but they need money and even they probably can't handle that work load. They need to do double the work while there's twice as many people analyzing what they do... twice as much.
I don't like Haymon you very well know this, but I like PBC and as stated, I don't think Haymon is out to just take money ala Don King, he has good intentions. But his reign is looking to be pretty short lived. Forget losing what if he settles each at 50% of what they want? That's still $200 million that's a wrap for Haymon.
Was the reason for payment specified? Were the individuals involved highlighted? From what I gathered the payment was from Haymon Sports LLC to Chavez Jnr Promotions. In case people do not know, companies have their own legal identity.
It would have to be proven that the companies are mere shells. I believe they would also have to prove the purpose of the payments.

As a fan you should be pissed off if PBC wasn't around, But your a negative lame so it doesn't suprise me with your comment. I imagine your probably the Brokest on this site and live a miserable life

Anyone that has anything negative to say about PBC is NOT a fan of the sport, got to be real about that, they have been putting on decent fights since they started and they are not even a year yet. They are probably in the red because of all these fights for boxing fans.
