If you guys can't see a difference you need to get your eyes checked. Maybe he's not "drained" but if you don't see his cheek bone popping out in the Cotto face-to-face picture then I don't know what to tell you.

If I was the NY State Athletic Commission, I would consider stopping this fight from happening. At the very least, I would have a doctor give Geale a full physical the afternoon of the fight tomorrow before allowing things to proceed.
People just tend to ignore reality around here sometimes, OK... most of the time. LOL Just have to look at the number of people who think Floyd will fight Cotto in his retirement fight to see that.
Tribal tattoos look good on someone like Dwayne Johnson, whose heritage actually gives him the right to wear them. On someone like Cotto with his permanent scowl, they just look like a desperate attempt to be tough.
Puerto ricans descend from the tiano tribe of Indians err native Americans. Tianos where the dominant tribal sect in the Caribbean. Very much like the Polynesians the came before the modern day Tongans and Samoans Both used tats.

I thought Geale would make this weight relatively easily - he isn't a big MW as it is, and just when watching him fight over the years he has always felt really light in the ring imo. So coming in on weight was never the issue to me..his issue will be managing his energy as to avoid hitting a wall against someone whose body punches stick with you the whole fight. Geale likes to come out and be active, he is like a jackrabbit... but I think he should be a little more reserved and he should be the one to test Cotto's fitness by extending the fight....even at a CW, Cotto hasn't been 12 against someone like him
I think this cw might backfire on Cotto et al. We'll see tomorrow night but I imagine Geale will rehydrate and have a decent size advantage over Cotto.

Will the size even matter? Geale aint even a puncher or physical fighter. He is at his best coming in and out throwing lots of punches and boxing his opponent. That coming in and out will get him rocked with left hooks and jabs all night long. I expect a late round TKO for Cotto.
