Cotto is a straight up coward, for real. THERE IS NO DEFENDING Cotto in this situation.

I was a fan of Cotto myself, a HUGE Cotto fan, check my posts on him from a year or so ago. I AM A PR'ican myself.

But he has become a disgusting little bish diva.

In order for 160 pounders to have a shot at the 160 title, they have to drain themselves down to 157 just because Kneeguel is holding the title hostage. LOL... seriously, think about it for a second and ponder upon the state of boxing.

Look you phagget ass knee taking son of a bish, JUST STRAIGHT UP ADMIT you are a weak handicap beating coward that's scared of GGG and give up the belt, OR GROW SOME BALLS and fight your mandatory. Trust me, GGG will come down to 157 for your bish ass and make you kneel down again.

Same outrage goes for Khan and Brook... this sport is becoming so soft. It is disgusting what's going on in boxing nowadays. And expect future generations to model their careers after these type of fighters. It's a business oriented mentality, as opposed to the very nature of these fighters... which is fight and be courageous.

I am scared of what will become of this sport in 15-20 years. And blame Mayweather for this ****.... Yes, blame him. Brook doesn't want Rios to use MX... where have we seen that before? Khan doesn't want to fight Brook because its best for his career not to take an L... where have we seen that before in 2010? Kneeguel wants to ruin the integrity of the sport taking by exploiting being the A-Side... where have we seen that before?

And with good reason, Mayweather is the TOP PAID ATHLETE in ALL SPORTS. Cowardly paths are rewarded, or as they are officially called... Chess played careers. Fighters see this and they have no choice but to firmly believe the formula of picking and choosing (fighters and circumstances) leads to a successful, healthy and prosperous career. Fighters look up to Mayweather and what's he's accomplished in this sport as a business man, they admire him, that's fact. Whether they do it secretly or not, they do.

Don't be surprised if in a near future, fighters aren't allowed to punch others in the head. Fights will be based on the olympic scoring system, and the only punches allowed to score might be jabs.

This is not the fight game anymore. Hopefully, BKB and other companies arise that preserve the true nature of fighting. Boxing is straying away from the fights themselves, it is more about what goes on during negotiations and who can exploit the other in order to profit. And to be fair, that's how the business world runs...

HOWEVER, these fighters who are/used to be brave by nature, start adapting a cowardly mentality where they don't want to play by the rules anymore and develop their own in order to exploit the integrity of the fights. **** ALL OF THEM.

Geale won't be fighting Saturday night. The weight will clearly be an issue. Time to start speculating on who they got lined up as the replacement opponent.

Cotto fighting Geale at 157 foreshadows the unlikelihood of a clash with GGG.

Geale is no stepping stone for anybody, he proved himself to be a top 5 MW with his wins over Sebastian Sylvester and Felix Sturm, but the tough weight cut took away his best chance of winning this fight; which was to overpower Cotto. For this reason alone, I have no doubt that Cotto will emerge victorious.

With that being said, I'm picking Cotto by late round TKO.

They did their job promoting the fight then. Saw some tweets from different outlets that they were talking more about Cotto-Canelo-GGG than asking questions about floyd & pacquiao and their next opponents.

The hypocrisy and NEED to hate is glaring.

FACT: If Canelo can drain from 180lbs to his 155 hideout, Geale can make 157lbs...

Telling you bro, there is something about confidence that makes these peasants lose their shyt and become women.

"But, Cotto is a diva doe...But Lucas eye doe, but Margarito's eye doe too"

"But Geale doe, we are confused peasants and think we are Australian now doe and we are Geale Bandwagoners now doe."

"But De La Hoya's CW on Hopkins was warrior doe"

            #GealeMatters
That and the fact that they said canelo needed "two years" before going to 160

It would seem so, but I'm not sure with the WBC allowing the catchweight for the title in the first place
Yes Geale can come in over 157 & 160 or under and he will still be able to fight for the WBC title. He'll however get a penalty from the NYSAC.
