Why doesn't PAC's win over Rios get as much as Floyd's over Guerrero's?!?

    The Ghost.........

Rios and The Ghost are a Level apart but similar in style. RG is a B-/B+ fighter and Rios is a C Level fighter. What Manny did against Rios was very impressive. Why? Because he was coming off of a controversial KO. He showed he still had the heart, speed, stamina, and will to win. If had got old that night, he would've taken a beating. Rios has power and is relentless. RG is more of a boxer but still in the plodder zone. He wants to come forward and ****. I wasn't impressed with Floyd's win over him because he shouldn't have gotten that fight anyway. When you're on top, you must continue to take the challenging fights. RG was hardly a challenge for Floyd. If Rios and The Ghost fight, it would be a WAR. Who would win? The Ghost would win because he is faster and can do a little more in the ring.

That just shows to not get carried away with rankings.

Aydin went down to 140 and got KOed.
Around here, Berto was being criticized for having a weak resume. Then was exposed by every opponent that can throw a punch since he had no defense.

Where was Guerrero before those 2 fights? Nowhere close to WW division.

Guerrero has heart like Rios but is a slow flat-footed plodder that can be had if someone can pick apart his deficiencies.

That's not the point. This is not about how good either Berto or Aydin is. It's about who has the better welterweight resume between Rios and Guerrero and it's clear that Guerrero does. Trying to say otherwise looks foolish.

You can use resumes, wins, losses, but in the end there both slow-flat footed fighters. Id give guerrero the edge slightly since hes shown he can do more in the ring than just ****, but he can do that aswell.

Berto has actually beaten ranked fighters at the weight. Alvarado had a fight there against Rios and looked like sh.it. In the other he beaten up by Juan Manuel Marquez. He's done nothing at 147.
Who give s **** if it was a 140 or 147 fighters. Good fighters at 140 are better wins than mediocre fights at 147. Are you also going to pretend the Bradley win at 147 is a worst win than Guerrero at 147 just because Bradley had never fought at 147?

Rios is significantly bigger and stronger than Guerrero, and Pacquiao in reality belongs at jr welter. I don't think highly of Rios, but it's ridiculous to say that Guerrero is somehow levels above Rios. Sotto Karass did everything Guerrero did at 147, but better. Don't see anyone calling him a top welter.

If you think that go ahead but the below doesn't say clear to me.

Guerrero has a 3-2 record. Lost 2 of last 3 fights including his last fight.

Rios has a 2 - 1 record. Has won his last 2 fights.

Guerrero blows major @ss think about it, a featherweight with piss poor hand speed kinda sad when Thruman a WW has better handspeed then a former featherweight

I say Rios its better but that is not say much in my eyes BOTH ARE GARBAGE
its like trying to compare horse crap to a different pile of horse crap in the end they are both still crap

We're not talking about Bradley or Soto Karaas we are talking about Rios. Let's stay on the topic here. You can pretend all you want that Rios record as a welterweight is equivalent to Guerrero's but it doesn't change the fact that it's ridiculous and based on fantasy.

Rios has done absolutely nothing at 147 and regardless of what you think of Guerrero he has accomplished more than Rios and it's not debatable.
