OP you are technically right... But this Floyd Mayweather we are talking about... they have allowed this guy to win every close fight, they have even given him fights he clearly lost, they allow the guy to use his forearm, elbow, hold and punch,cherry pick, & etc.

The boxing gods have decided that building this guy up to face Pac is how boxing will be saved. There is nothing we can do about it. Boxing is staged and corrupt.

He NEVER Called TIME IN he said lets go, now from the same rule book here are the commands english and spanish

consider detailing simple English commands in the Dressing Room and using them in the ring.
