Most of the stuff you use in a lawsuit turns out to be meaningless, but you still put them in there just in case they turn out to be useful.

If one point turns out to be unfounded then you just drop it and go to another one of the many points you have it does not hurt the rest of your case unless it is a key point that is the foundation of multiple points then you lose all that come from that tree.

no need to make this complicated... Tim Smith just need to decide if he wants to lie under oath (or not) and say who leak this info to him, GBP/Mayweathers or not.
