Mayweather vs. Cotto post fight Thread -DON'T make new threads about the fight

They need to entice Joshua Clottey to be his sparring partner. He is the only one that can emulate "current" Mayweather.

Mayweather/Cotto is going to be a replay of Cotto/Clottey minus the illegal use of heads and open wounds.

Mayweather will still have his fast hands, but isn't as mobile. Clottey is probably one of the few that can emulate his handspeed at this current weight class and size. He fights with a high guard and the shoulder roll for his defense. He will be in the center of the ring the entire fight because I don't think he has the legs anymore for a marathon.

Cotto had a rough time penetrating Clottey's defense and had to rely on counters to score points. Cotto will need to work on breaking through that guard and getting around the shoulder roll.

So my pick is Clottey. Give that guy 50K and he'll help get the job done

Floyd made a big mistake in fighting Pac's leftover. It will not make him look good because he can never KTFO Cotto nor KD. He will run all night and win by UD. In the end, Pac's win > Floyd's win..

Pac fought Cotto at 145 catchweight...and recently wanted to fight him at 147 now that Cotto is at 154...So explain to me why Pac wouldn't fight Cotto at a catchweight of 150 but Floyd is gonna fight him at 154 but you think Pac's win is greater? You can't! Because you don't know your A$$ from a whole in the ground!

I think a late stoppage is very likely. maybe I'm wrong though. What I do like about this fight is the boldness from both fighters. I can already picture the weigh-in/stare down. that's going to be serious!!! Both guys are future HOFers, the great African American pure boxer versus the strong willed and rougher Puerto Rican. This fight would be sooo much better if it were in NYC to be honest. Both of them are super confident and that's what appeals to me more than anything. Not to mention both of them have a huge fan base. Again, great if it were to have happened years ago but I don't think the outcome would be much different. If anything, I actually like how they're older mature fighters going in. Heavy duty boxing superstars! Floyd by late stoppage though!

People said Mosley was a threat even ortiz but not cotto, I don't get it. Cotto beats Mosley and ortiz! No doubt mayweather got this but I think cotto is a test for mayweather.
