It's not even in the top 3. Is behind Funeka-Guzman, Martinez-Cintron and Malignaggi-Diaz I. It was a very close fight but I don't think Dirrell deserved to take away the World Championship belt after how he fought. He needed to do more.

Was Dirrell-Froch the biggest robbery of 2009?

People need to stop calling close fights robberies. It's only a robbery if the fight was not close, and the rightful winner didn't get it.

Dirrell 116-111. 9 rounds to 3.

A true robbery is when the obvious winner of the fight doesn't get the decision. Funeka is the absolute best example of this from '09.

Froch vs. Dirrell was a fair decision.
The worst robbery of 2009 was Martinez-Cintron, and Funeka-Guzman was very bad too.
