Why did the commentary team and the author of this article repeatedly fail to mention that Teraji is, in fact, a unified champion? They just keep saying WBC champion, but he knocked out the WBA champion to unify in his last fight.

A magnificent performance from both fighters it wasn't looking good for galal in the early stages but he fought back and tried to implement his corners game plan, this fight absolutely shows why boxing is beautiful, "I have had a few beers" CONGRATULATIONS to Rodriguez, he has the heart of a lion.

Yafai thought Sunny was 100% after Bam, lets see Yafai be 100% after this. Can you imagine what Bam does to him?

Forget Bam, with what he showed tonight Teraji and Yabuki would've battered Yafai as well and although he's beltless right now Akui as well. Although he's rated relatively low on the Ring rankings, I'm not sure if he can win against Olascuaga either.

Galal seems like a nice dude as a person so I don't want to rip on him but given his age he might not have enough time to rebound back for a second world title chance. Even if Teraji vacates after his next fight to fight Bam at 115, WBC will just be Rodriguez elevated and WBA would be the winner of Yankiel Rivera vs Cordova.

Rodriquez just showed the levels when it comes to the world level in the pro game. He did to Yafai what Yafai did to Edward’s and that was just bully him and used his size and strength to just totally out fight him the whole 12 rounds. I give credit to Yafai for seeing the end because he looked hurt so many times in the fight and obviously being dropped in the final round heavily as well but he just didn’t have the experience as pro to deal with a Mexican bulldozer like Rodriquez. Not sure where he really goes after that have to be a rebuild and after a beating like that it takes a lot out of a fighter
