I wouldn't be surprised if he would just announce his retirement and come back in 2-3 years to resume his boxing career.
Obviously he wants no part of Deontay Wilder because he is afraid of him and knew that he wouldn't be allowed to cheat this time. He was getting knocked the fuck out and he knew it!Boxingmean

Sucks for Wilder, but it it is like the flipside of the coin of him asking for a delay when he injured his bicep. These things do happen, especially in a pandemic.

I don't doubt the covid infection -- there is nothing implausible about such an occurrence and there will be medical records -- but the timing that they are now talking about sounds a little suspect. I'm hearing it is likely to be rescheduled for October. That is a big, big delay when Fury's team is probably facing a two-week disruption from this covid outbreak. I understand that it's not trivial to reschedule an event of this magnitude and it has to fit around other events... But still, it's interesting that this proposed new date is after the cut-off date specified in the arbitration judgement.Last edited by Monty Fisto; 07-09-2021, 05:15 AM.

As a visitor from reality, may I point out that a multi-million dollar contract that has been enforced by a court is not going to breached on Fury's say so. Or are Wilder's fans claiming his team is so dumb they wouldn't think to ask for a verified test result?greeneye99 likes this.
