Im not sure about Biggs his chin was quite weak, and Thomas's chin wern't solid either, even though Tyson was shell of his former self in Douglas fight, it would still take a boxer with a good chin and good movement, or good inside work along with good chin to beat Tyson.

I doubt it. Tyson ko'd him in 91 seconds, so I doubt he could pull it off.

Biggs had a solid chin. It took Tyson 7 rounds to break him down, so he is durable. And Thomas definetely had a great chin. Tyson had to hit Thomas ovr and over again for Pinklon to go down, plus no body ever floored Thomas before Tyson.

I agree with you guys for the most part that only certain fighters like Tucker, Spinks, and Thomas would have beat him that night. Except for Biggs. Biggs only moved good in that first round with Tyson. It wasn't his style to move around a lot at that point in his career. Just before the Tyson fight, Biggs fought David Bay with that same toe to toe style, and was taking some big shot's from Bay before he KO'd Bay. The same way Biggs fought against Bay, he fought against Tyson. That kind of Biggs wasn't much of a mover. If Biggs could use his jab as good as he did against Sims, he would have a chance. Biggs is another fighter that started out great, but by the time he fought for the title, he seemed to have lost it.

Yeah, that count was too slow but Douglas looked like he could have gotten up. Mike didn't deserve that fight anyway and was already on a downward spiral. But who knows, I might be wrong. It's always possible Douglas might not have made it if the count was on with the time keeper.

Yeah that pissed me off when I first watched the fight. Douglas could have beaten the count, but he would have still been groggy, and Tyson was a GREAT finisher.
