So - GGG gets slighted for beating 'bums' like Macklin, Monroe, Brook, Lemieux etc...

But when ATGs like Hagler lose to Willie Monroe and Boogie Watts, and Hearns loses to Iran Barkley (twice)...etc etc...they seem to get a pass? If GGG gets no love for dominating 15 or so of those types of fighters, why do others get a pass for taking Ls against these 'bums'?

The truth is... 'great' fighters usually win about 8 or 9 out of ten against other quality fighters...the other 1 or 2 out of that 10 end up being losses, draws, or controversial wins...GGG has never had a slip up in about 15 or so of those fights...should be very impressive to most I would think...

When 'great' fighters fight other 'greats' they are usually about .500 in those fights...Hagler stopped Hearns, he basically drew against an old/fat/smaller Duran, and got schooled by a smaller SRL (if anyone thinks Hagler won that fight I can't even take you seriously lol...kind of joking but kind of not

Hearns was basically even with SRL...KOed Duran and got KOed by Hagler...etc etc...when you study any great fighter...Ali comes to mind as well...the wins in big fights roughly equal a .500 win percentage.

It does matter how many fights you have at this top level, and how you do in them...but most 'greats' only have a few fights against other 'greats' in their prime...'greats' are just a rare breed, and finding two relatively prime 'greats' around the same weight at the same time is unique...study any fighter's history if you would like...

For GGG most would have him 2-0 in his 'great' fights vs Nelo...Jacobs Murray and Lemieux should be in a type of next category below that 'great' level imo...but still should get credit for those 'great' wins in a way.

So as much hate as G gets - he never had a slip up against quality opposition, and he faced probably more of them than almost any other fighter in history...and almost every other 'great' has 1 or 2 slips up in those fights out of 10.

And G has basically shown to be undefeated in his 'great' fights...when most other 'greats' are about .500 in those fights...yet some still hate on him lol...but if you're going to hate at least be consistent - and slight other greats like Hagler and Hearns when they lose to these 'bums' that GGG is dominating.

Lol stfu. GGG resume is garbage and full of cans. Still doesn’t have one career defining victory.

Can't dispute the facts so gets emotional and name calls lol...you know they say anger is a mask for sadness sometimes...sorry if that hurt your feelings, sincerely, and rendered you incapable of coming back with a real rebuttal, which would help you continue the worldview that you desperately want to be true

And yeah I mean we all saw him beat Nelo twice but you can tell yourself whatever you want lol...keep on slighting G's resume for killing all those 'bums' while giving Hagler Hearns and other ATGs a pass for slipping up 2/10 of those fights

Floyd never really slipped up but he never really took any risks the later part of his career..always his rules, judges, referees...picking guys when and where and what weight he wanted..no one should be hyping that up...he was a great fighter though.

He was 43-19...yes a lot of Ls late but still...if one is going to give Hearns a pass for that loss twice...then no one should be slighting GGG for beating a guy like that 10 times with no problem.

Can't refute it so has to giggle to himself lol...I don't even really know how anyone can take issue with anything I said tbh...yet another example that some people on here see GGG and they see red...and no matter what it is the answer is...'GGG is bad'...just a strange look imo....I didn't even really say anything there except for some facts tbh.

Again...if you slight GGG for his wins...but give Hearns and Hagler a pass for those 'bad' losses...you are bordering on fan-boy status unfortunately and that is too bad...when you are on that level it may be time to post an avi pic of your favorite fighter with his shirt off...oh wait ...lol just messing with ya man.

Maybe it was the mentioning that most saw G win the two fights vs Nelo that got to you guys...idk...honestly y'alls responses remind me of that meme where the person is crying but puts a smiling mask over their face lol...kind of like Robbie Barrett probably after AJ's loss lol

100 percent agree. The old time greats get a pass for losing to bums but somehow they'll destory GGG and ko him in 3. Yah okay R-E-TARDS.

Let's not forget ggg is one of the few fighters in history at 37 approaching 38 to compete on the highest levels. Most all time . greats at that age were getting koed bad by bums. Consistency matters.
