    Dzinzurik

I don't know if I spelled his name right, nor do I care. It doesn't really matter at this point because we'll never see this guy again. Yeah, there's no shame in losing to Martinez, but what is this guy even doing in the same ring as Sergio? That's robbing fans of money.

The point is I'm tired of these Euro/Western Asian trash fighters with inflated records coasting along trying to make some easy money and avoiding big names until they're ready to cash out. He's in his mid 30s, so yeah, he probably doesn't feel like boxing anymore. So he took one shot at the end of his career and got completely embarrassed. On the other hand, you have guys like Martinez and Winky Wright who have been actively trying to get big names their whole career, FORCED to fight in ****ty Europe just to make some form of money whatsoever.

I have no respect for guys like Dzinzurik, Sturm and especially Calzaghe hiding in Europe until they realize their careers are over before they take a shot at a meaningful fight. You can always make money in Europe, but you can't build a really strong legacy when you're in your late 30s.

Calzaghe's best wins = 43 year old Hopkins, Mikkel Kessler (who was much more dominated by Andre Ward) and a shot Roy Jones Jr. If that is a legacy, then Hatton must be considered a god in Britain.

I completely agree with you. I am highly critical of Eastern Europeans as well due to their resumes. People wonder why HBO and other networks are very leery of Eastern Europeans and it's because of this. For as much hype they get on these message boards they sure don't beat many world class opponents.

Dzinziruk was in a legal battle with Universum to break his contract exactly because his career wasn't going anywhere and Universum wasn't letting him get big fights. He just took the biggest risk of his life against mother****ing Martinez and you're accusing him of being a coward? Man, you're dumb.

He's had a belt at 154 since 2005. You can't BS me into thinking he tried like hell for 6 years to get a big fight because he absolutely did not, and the evidence is simply the fact that he was in no big negotiations at any point and never called out a single good fighter. If he doesn't fight, nobody makes money. That's a 2-way street between him and his promoters. They both want to make money. He doesn't fight, neither makes money.

That's life man. That's on him, not the fans. People kill Chad Dawson on this site because he is inactive as hell and he basically fell into the same legal problems like Dzinziruk. We can't just cut slack for certain fighters because they fell into the wrong hands.

If you actually knew his situation in his last several years, you would know why he has progressed the way he did

Racism has nothing to do with it, especially when you have no idea what race I am.

But just to keep it fun, here are some other guys I have zero respect for because they don't fight anyone:

                Andre Berto
                David Haye
                Joe Calzaghe

and up until one month ago, Nonito Donaire

Sorry, not buying any of the legal arguments. That's a cop out to me.

You wonder why boxing is almost dead, you look at the fighters that are considered talents but fight no one; i.e., David Haye.

But hopefully that's changing this summer.

I think still think Dzinziruk beats Cintron, Angulo, and a bunch of the guys at 154. He was putting a hurt to Martinez in that fight when he wasn't getting outclassed (like every single guy Martinez faces).
