Wasn’t soft in that fight but he was nervous ,knew Gane could match his stand up and took him down ,it’s just one of those fights one wrong move and left his neck out . Both are still the top guys at HW ,I do t think Stipe actually offers much ,I’d like to see a rematch with Gane because we all know that’s highly unlikely a poor mistake happens twice at least not in the first round . -
He definitely was nervous, and admitted so post fight...you could see it when he was walking out with his vocal antics. He is soft at 250 lbs, they don't call him 'Bones' for nothing. He's just not built to carry that weight and was noticeably slower and less fluid, no to mention sweating like crazy. But there are/were some soft guys in heavyweight like, Daniel Cormier, Fedor Emelianenko, Mark Hunt, Roy Nelson, to name a few who were very dangerous, but Jones does not have that type of frame regardless. At his age, 220 lbs would work better for him, I think, and he did say he will be lighter next time.Comment

I kinda miss Juiced up Jon Jones, the one who was all hopped up on roids, *******, and **** pills.
