    Carwin is an all-american wrestler and all-american football player. and 5 of the 11 first round stoppages that he has in 11 fights are by submission. so he would be able to handle himself on the ground I think.

    while in the stand up game, he has insane punching power but I'll have to see for myself this saturday if he would be able to handle himself against Velasquez.

        he can but he won't. like Fedor said about Rogers' ko of Arlovski: "Arlovski didn't have the right game plan". Fedor would take Rogers to the ground where he would be uncomfortable.

          Rogers doesnt need to be on the ground he will KO fedor in 15 seconds...

                Yeah man, I'm definitely interested to see Valazquez this weekend. I actually forgot about Carwin's wrestling creds so that definitely evens it up a bit. It seems like a good match up in the future for sure.

                    Not when the guy in front of you is Fedor....

                    Fedor is one of the smartest guys and doesn't do ****** ****. He won't pull and Arlovski and just walk back if someones is throwing bombs and moving forward.
