Just back from playing football.

It's too hot, even at this time of day.

Went to a new gym for the first time today. A real hardcore one, everyone is big as fuck, there are mostly free-weights and very few machines, and the changing room is a toilet stall.

Still, it's only ? per time, rather than having to pay ?0 to join and then ?0 a month on a 12 year contract like all the other gyms, so I'll sacrifice a bit of comfort considering the cash saved. It's also the closest one to me, which helps.
